Disney+ has announced a revival of the popular sitcom "Malcolm in the Middle," with production set to begin in Vancouver in April 2025. Original cast members Frankie Muniz (Malcolm), Bryan Cranston (Hal), and Jane Kaczmarek (Lois) are confirmed to return. However, Erik Per Sullivan, who portrayed the youngest brother, Dewey, has chosen not to participate. The role of Dewey will be recast with actor Caleb Ellsworth-Clark stepping in. The revival will consist of four episodes centered around the family's reunion for Hal and Lois's 40th wedding anniversary. A premiere date has yet to be announced.
